Complaints Procedure
The following procedure should be followed by
anyone who believes that the Leigh Folk Festival Association or any authorised
person acting on behalf of the Leigh Folk Festival Association, has acted
improperly or unfairly in connection with the running of the Leigh Folk Festival
or connected event.

the first instance to: Tony Prior, Chairman Leigh Folk Festival Association, 60 The Ridgeway, Westcliff on Sea,Essex SS0 8NU. |
Or alternatively to:
Rex Palmer, Assistant Treasurer
18 Glebelands, Thundersley, Benfleet, Essex SS7.
| The grievance will be acknowledged immediately, investigated thoroughly, in accordance with ‘in-house’ procedures and a reply sent to the complainant with twenty-eight days of receipt of the letter. |
| If the complainant is not satisfied with the results of the internal investigation, Leigh Folk Festival Association offers mediation between the complainant and the Association. |
