                     Booking a Floor Spot at The Hoy

Guest Nights 

On a normal guest night we have several floor-spots
who perform between 8.00 and 9.00 pm
Please arrive early and ask the MC
on the night if you want to perform. 

Open Nights 

These often feature a 40 minute spot by a pre-booked guest,
sometimes a local semi-professional artiste.

Should an individual be asked to provide certain information by which they may be identified, they may be assured it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. 

The following information may be collected and stored: Name, telephone, email address, Hoy membership details (including membership number and Club joining date)

How is information collected ? From a Hoy membership application form, verbally or by email

What is done with the information obtained ?  To communicate with Hoy members and other supporters to provide details about Club-related events as well as items relating to membership welfare. Membership information is not passed on to third parties for any reason.

Where is the information stored ? In order to prevent unauthorised access, appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures are employed to safeguard and secure the information collected which is stored on membership cards held at 7-9 Northview Drive, Westcliff on Sea, Essex SS0 0NG, on computer records by the Club Membership Secretary and with Mailchimp for the purpose of distribution.
